Our Replacement Protocol:

To ensure a smooth process, please record an unboxing video that captures everything from the initial courier packaging to the final reveal of the product. Without this comprehensive visual evidence, we won’t be able to address any complaints, regardless of the situation.

Products are eligible for a swap-out if they arrive bearing damage or exhibiting a defect. Any such issues must be communicated to our team within two hours of your package’s arrival. We will arrange for a brand-new replacement to be sent your way, with an additional charge for shipping. When the reverse pickup is scheduled, please ensure the original product tags and packaging remain untouched.

As all our creations are bespoke, returns are not a standard option for any orders.
