Printsbro.com commits to delivering your order within the fastest timeframe, ensuring maximum protection with the highest quality packaging. We ship online paid orders within 24-48 hours, and they typically arrive within 5-8 working days from the dispatch date.
Important: Always record an unboxing video, starting from the initial courier package to the final product display. We will not entertain any complaints without this video, no matter the circumstance.
We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays, during normal working hours. To ensure your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest time, we ship exclusively through reputed courier agencies like DTDC, Bluedart, and Delhivery. If no courier service is available in your area, we will attempt to ship your items via Government Registered IndiaPost, but we cannot guarantee this service.
Delivery Charges and GST
How do we calculate the delivery charge for multiple units? We offer free shipping for all online paid orders within India. The shipping charge remains fixed regardless of the number of products in your cart. Our prices include GST (Goods and Service Tax). As per the Government of India, printsbro.com is fully GST compliant.
Order Arrival Time
How long does an order take to arrive? We offer express delivery for all online paid orders, which typically arrives within 4-6 working days in major cities. We will duly deliver all orders to the address you mention when placing the order. However, if your area falls into a remote location where couriers cannot attempt delivery, the recipient might need to pick up the order from the delivery center.
Time frame from dispatch date:
- Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai: 3-6 working days
- Rest of India: 5-8 working days
Damaged Product Policy
What if I receive a damaged product? If you believe you have received a product in poor condition, or if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged before delivery, please:
- Make an unboxing video of the package.
- Reach out to our team at sales@printsbro.com mentioning your Order ID, or call us at +91 8851208618 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM).
We will arrange a reverse pickup for the damaged product and ensure we issue you a brand new replacement at no additional cost. Please ensure the original product tag and packing remain intact when you send the product back to us.
